ELVANO Refund & Returns Policy

At ELVANO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms below.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn and unused
Be in the same condition in which you received it
Have all original tags attached
Be in its original packaging
Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation

To request a return, please contact us at elvano@elvano.space before sending any item back.

Please do not send an item back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at elvano@elvano.space with your order number and, where applicable, clear photographs of the issue.

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product-quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.

We may not accept returns for:

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items without their original tags
Items missing their original packaging
Gift cards
Final-sale or clearance items, where applicable
Items returned after the 30-day return period

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, please contact us first.

Depending on availability, we may require you to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, with their original tags attached and in their original packaging, where applicable.

This right does not affect any other consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for ELVANO to process an approved refund. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund in your account.
